MIP is a 1–3-year internship at Riley Hill Baptist Church. Each intern will gain leadership training, fundamental knowledge, hands-on experience, and more during the program. The skill sets developed over the course of the internship will prove invaluable in securing a Lead Pastor assignment or Minister's Leadership role that corresponds with his/her ministry calling.
